1. There are cover bags that are not properly placed on the selves in Cover Warehouse. The bags weigh over 200 pounds and have fell off the shelves. Some shelve are approximately 20 - 30 feet high. Bags could land on employees while they are working in the area. 2. There are puddles of diesel/hydro fluid mixed with water leaking from a pipe in the wall in the Production Area by CNC machines. Employees could slip and fall on machines or pallets. 3. A COVID-19 pandemic plan has not been developed and implemented for employees to include employee wellness checks, disinfecting and sanitizing, social distancing, personal protective equipment, informing employees of possible exposure, employee return to work and employee training. Ten employees have tested positive for COVID-19. The employer has provided mask; however, they are not requiring the employees to wear the mask properly. There is no social distancing in the breakroom during employee breaks. The employer is not disinfecting and sanitizing commonly touch surfaces including door knobs, vending machines, machine control panels, forklifts and printers/copiers.
