1. An employee was recently allowed to come into work without a test result for COVID-19 rather than quarantining. While at work, the employee received a positive test result. The employer required the employee to stay at work and finish the shift, instead of leaving. This exposed other employees to the virus and employees are being told to come into work. 2.
