Covid-19 OSHA Complaint, HALL CONTRACTING OF KENTUCKY - HALL PAVING, DEERING ROAD, VALLEY STATION, KY, 40272, USA

4 years ago business

3800 Crittenden Drive, Louisville, 40209 Kentucky, United States

Complainant was picking their 6 year old daughter up from school with their elderly mother - 5 year old daughter, when Hall Contracting had the entrance/exit blocked at let out time telling parents too bad when trying to get into the school. Finally school officials said they had to let people in/out because they weren't allowed to block that after 3 pm. So their solution was to continue doing their work and have people drive through wet pavement and hot oil. Complainant rolled their window down to ask a Hall employee what company they worked for because they were going to complain- then 2 Hall employees and a Metro Public Works employee got up in complainants window with no mask on in the midst of COVID when complainant is extremely high risk, and was spitting, cussing - yelling in their face. Also damaged complainant's car with hot oil as they were spraying it up onto everyone's cars. They also went to multiple other cars getting up into windows - screaming - cussing at anyone who spoke to them, meanwhile they had no masks on. They had a very dangerous environment since they were using their equipment, waving cars on, then almost hitting cars with the equipment then laughing and spraying hot oil up onto cars. My children 5 - 6 are traumatized from it.
