Item#1: The employer did not provide adequate personal protection equipment (PPE), such as but not limited to, N-95 respirators, faces-shields and face covers to employees working at a Mental Healthcare facility that are required to assist, attend and move patients that are suspected or positive COVID-19, exposing employees to potential infectious diseases. Item#2. Employees were exposed to potential infectious diseases when moved to a different location of the establishment about 15 positive COVID-19 patients without the use of PPE, such as N-95 respirators. The employer had not tested for COVID-19 the potentially exposed employees.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 15
