Throughout the facility employees are exposed to health hazards from COVID-19 because: - there is an inadequate supply of hand sanitizer and paper towels as well as an inadequate number of sanitation stations positioned throughout the facility to accommodate everyone. - the employer does not sanitize contaminated workstations after employees are found to be COVID-19 positive. - the company allows the use of personal face masks that do not fully cover the nose and mouth. In the production area employees are exposed to health hazards from COVID-19 because work practices and insufficient decontamination cause employees who become COVID positive to infect other employees down the line.
