Located at Candlewood Suites Chesapeake/Suffolk where employees have tested positive for COVID-19, on or around February 8, 2021, 1. The employer did not notify all employees of the occurrence of SARS-CoV-2 in the workplace. 2. The employer did not notify employees who have had close contact with the employee who tested positive for COVID-19. 3. No enhanced cleaning and disinfecting was conducted after learning of the presence of the virus in the workplace. 4. Employees are not wearing face covering, or are not wearing them over their nose and mouth. 5. Patrons/customers are not wearing face covering, or are not wearing them over their nose and mouth. 6. The employer is holding morning meetings in the laundry room where social distancing cannot be practiced. 7. Employees are required to work when showing signs and symptoms of COVID-19 illness. 8. Temperatures and COVID-19 screening are not conducted prior to employees entering the workplace.
