During the COVID-19 pandemic, during an outbreak at the facility, the employer is not abiding by the VOSH ETS in the following ways: 1. The employer is not abiding by the requirements for isolating and quarantining employees who have tested positive for COVID-19. 2. The employer has not trained employees on the requirements of the VOSH ETS. 3.
