1. It is alleged employees tested positive for COVID-19 and employees who were potentially exposed were not notified. The employer has not developed and implemented policies and procedures to notify its own employees who may have been exposed within 24 hours of a discovery of their possible exposure. 2. It is alleged employees are reporting to work exhibiting signs and symptoms of COVID-19 and are being allowed to work. 3. It is alleged employees who are within 6- of each other are not required to wear face-coverings to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. 4. It is alleged social distancing is not being required in areas such as in the breakroom. 5.
