1) The employer has not implemented and develop a blood borne pathogen program for the workplace where employee have an exposure to sharps (i.e., acupuncture needles). 2) The employer did not ensure that sharp containers are changed in a timely manner to prevent acupuncture needles from over flowing out of the container. 3) The employer did not train employees on the proper disposal of acupuncture needles. The needles when placed in the container are sticking out. 4) The employer did not ensure that the sharps container are the proper size to hold the acupuncture needles and are in compliance with regulations.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 10
