'--- Cplnt items; (as of 4-10 date of cplt) --- Complainant is concerned about coronavirus hazard to employees of King Teleservices Llc who work at the call center located at Brooklyn Army Terminal, 140 58th St, bldg 7E, 7th floor, Brooklyn NY; including the temp employees; the call center employees are designated "essential" workers. --- employees are not being required to do 6 ft social distancing; employees sit 2 feet from each other at call center work stations; --- employee were not given ppe gloves, masks; full time ees and temp ees are sitting next to each other not wearing masks/ face covering; --- cleaning for coronavirus has not been done, such as cleaning of doorknobs, common surfaces, bathroom etc; --- employees have tested positive for coronavirus; employer has not addressed this, has not told employees that employees had symptoms or tested positive; --- workplace is on 7th floor so all employees use the elevator, there are 3 work shifts; estimates 200 to 300 employees work there, regular and temp employees; --- cafeteria holds 15 to 20 persons normally, now having 50 ees at one time due to extra temps hired having lunch at same time; so cant keep 6 ft social distancing; --- there is lack of ventilation; there are windows but are not being opened; --- employees were not provided information/ plan for protecting from coronavirus hazard;Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 150
