Allegation 1) Employees are allegedly exposed to exhaust vapors from diesel trucks that are allowed to run inside the shop due to the exhaust hoses unable to reach the trucks exhaust pipe. Allegation 2) The employer has not followed CDC guidelines to sanitize the workplace when an employee tested positive for COVID-19. Allegation 3) The employer is not following CDC guidelines to require facial coverings/mask in the work place to limit the exposure to COVID-19. Allegation 4) There is poor housekeeping and unsanitary conditions in the shop, employee breakroom, and the men and women bathrooms.Alleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 50
