Hazard Description regarding concerns over potential employee exposure to COVID-19: Employee alleges that employees are not wearing face coverings and employer is not enforcing mandatory guidelines at workplace. Employee alleges that mandatory COVID-19 posters are not posted in workplace. Employee concerns over frequency of disinfecting. Employee alleges social distancing is not practiced in the break room and employees are permitted to sit within 6 feet of each other, approximately 3-4 feet apart. Employee alleges that customers are permitted to encroach employee personal space and walk past plexiglass barriers without wearing face coverings.
