1. The employer knowingly sends employees to clients' homes who have tested positive for COVID-19 an does not inform the worker of the diagnosis or to take extra precautions. 2. Employees are not trained in the use of personal protective equipment including gloves and face masks. 3. Employees are exposed to blood from bed sores when turning patients over in the bed and the company does not maintain a bloodborne pathogen program or written exposure control plan and does not give bloodborne pathogen training. 4.
