Regulatory Report

Covid-19 OSHA Complaint, DAYSPRING BEHAVIORAL HEALTH LLC,1375 Northwest Mall Street, Issaquah, WA 98027, USA

1375 Northwest Mall Street, Issaquah, 98027 Washington, United States

Covid safety concern due to lack of wearing masks or appropriate masks in the workplace. Number of employees who failed to abide by the mandate were approx. 6 persons. Several employees did not wear masks in the closed office area and stood less than 6 feet away from others. Especially because this office is a Healthcare Facility, wearing masks and wearing proper masks to reduce exposure of Covid should be expected and enforced throughout the work day. It was common for several employees to not have masks on while in common spaces and moving to and from offices. In January the supervisor/manager was asked to fix the problem. A brief email was sent out to employees. After the email, employees still continued to not wear masks while in closed not well-ventilated areas. Towards the end of February, employees were still seen in common areas without masks. a couple employees were seen only wearing face shields-which are not CDC recommended. For the safety of the overall community, Dayspring Behavioral Health should be following the mandate seriously as to keep from spreading COVID, especially with new variants of COVID.
