1. Failure to comply with social distancing measures by maintaining a minimum six-foot distance between employees in public spaces. 2. Failure to comply with enhanced disinfection measures by disinfecting areas following notification of positive cases. There have been three positive cases. Employees came in sick, then got tested, then were sent home for quarantine, but no extra efforts were made to disinfect, particularly in the stock room areas. 3. Employer is allowing an employee on quarantine to return to work. The employee is still displaying symptoms and has not tested negative for COVID-19.
