Employees have been reprimanded and terminated for enforcing the mandate. 2.The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to persons/patrons wearing face coverings while in the Employer's establishment. Employees have been reprimanded and terminated for enforcing the mandate. 3.The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to employees testing positive at the workplace.
