1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to quarantining employees who have tested positive for COVID-19. Management is telling people that they need to still come into work if they test positive for COVID-19 if they are asymptomatic. 2. The employer is not complying with the updated guidance for businesses during Nevada's "Statewide Pause" in regard to conducting daily surveys of the changes to staff/labor health conditions. The employer is not monitoring employee symptoms on a daily basis. 3. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to social distancing between employees and the public. Runners are not social distancing when they come in and out the business. HAZARD LOCATION: Throughout. 2/1/2021 CRAlleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
