1. In the back portion of the warehouse there is a machine that heats and stamps plates together to form the armor. The machine lacks guarding, and employees may get their hand or limbs caught in the machine, causing serious injuries. 2. A propane forklift is being operated in an enclosed warehouse space and employees are experiencing drowsiness, headaches, and muscular cramps. 3. In the sowing machine area of the warehouse there are a multitude of trip hazards. There are pallets, wires, and trash on the floors.
