1. The nurses are working understaffed in the Emergency Department. 2. Patients are placed in the lobby fully dressed with an IV and no nurse watching them. 3. Nurses are given 3 ICU patients and an IMC patient all in the same run requiring them to oversee 6-7 patients at a time. 4. Nurses work through the entire 12-hour shift without a lunch break.
