The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to the employer conducting contact tracing when the employer receives notification from employees that they have tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. Employees are concerned that they have come in close contact with coworkers that have tested positive and have been exposed to the COVID-19 virus potentially exposing their family members.
