1. A team member recently tested positive for covid-19 and any employees who had contact were sent home. After this incident, the standards were relaxed and other employees were not encouraged to get tested. Managers were tested and did not quarantine afterwards. A week later, both managers were in quarantine. Staff has not been informed. Hazard Location: Throughout 12/14/2020 BCAlleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
