1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's covid-19 mandate for employees to wear face coverings. Managers and employees typically do not wear masks as required. 2. The employer is not complying with the Governor's covid-19 social distancing measures by maintaining a minimum six-foot distance between employees in public spaces. Staff meetings were held every Tuesday in a closed space. On Tuesday, November 17, 2020, employees attended their weekly meeting and afterwards were informed that they were exposed to covid-19 from the manager who conducted the meeting. These meetings were as large as 150 employees in attendance. Once the positive case came to light, the employer told its employees to go get tested, but to pay for it out of pocket and they would later be reimbursed.
