1. The employer is conducting temperature checks as part of the covid-19 guidelines for workplaces using a faulty thermometer. The thermometer consistently shows a reading of 95 degrees and under. 2. The Governor's covid-19 mask mandate is not enforced. Employees and supervisors walk around without masks or without properly wearing the mask covering their nose.
