1. The front of the store remains open despite prescriptions being available for delivery and drive-thru pickup remaining available. 2. On April 12, 2020, a customer came in to the store who had a confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19. This customer was served at the pharmacy counter and proceeded to shop in the store for another 20 minutes. She was then rung up at the front counter. 3. Employees were denied a request to close the store for deep sanitation efforts and were instructed to use the shelf sanitizer on any areas the customer made contact with. 4. An employee working in the pharmacy was sent home after testing positive for COVID-19 and the store remains open to the public despite most of the pharmacy staff working in close proximity to the customer that was confirmed of having COVID-19.
