1. At the detox facility, employees are required to interact with clients by administering medicine, serving meals and having meetings. There is no personal protective equipment provided to the employees such as gloves and masks, in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Also, there are gatherings of more than 10 people at one time and the social distancing guidelines are not being followed. Employees and clients are working and interacting within six feet of one another. The employees are not receiving any safety guidelines from the employer.
