Approximately 25 employees work in a trailer. They never wear masks unless they know OSHA is coming. Employee tested positive for COVID-19, was sent home and management didn't let employees know. Employees are afraid for their health, and afraid they will be fired if they speak up. Management acts as though the COVID-19 pandemic does not exist.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 25
