Warehouse employees sometimes make deliveries to office areas without face masks. T8CCR 3205(c)(8)(C)(3) - District did not sanitize supervisors work area. T8CCR 3205(c)(8)(D) - There is not always soap in the district office, building 3 family restroom and building 6 women's restroom. T8CCR 3205(c)(6) - Employees at schools in district are having pizza parties at Walnut Ave Elementary, Neumann Elementary, Annaborba Elementary, all in Chino, CA.
