T8CCR 3203(a)(4)- Most staff have contracted COVID-19 and are being sent to quarantine. They are not checking staff for virus; patients are being checked by staff. The staff is not given proper protective equipment to check patients such as an N95 and shield. Employees are only given a surgical mask. T8CCR 5142(a)- It's very hot and the A/C is not working in the Behavioral Health Unit.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 1
