T8CCR 3203(a)- Employees are not social distancing in the break room and have pushed tables close together. Employees are required to wear a pin that states, "Please Social Distance." The pins are shared amongst employees and at the end of each shift the pins get turned in and employees from the next shift put the pins on. The pins are not sanitized before/after each use and there has not been a training on sanitizing them or making it a requirement to do so. Employees wear masks but often times do not cover their noses and nose covering is not being enforced. The customers that enter the store are not being counted to facilitate social distancing and the register areas are no longer being consistently sanitized.Alleged Hazards: 5, Employees Exposed: 1
