T8CCR 3203(a)(6)- Temperature checks and screening questions are not being performed to employees entering the facility at all times. The temperature machine does not work accurately and there has been 6 confirmed cases of COVID-19. Management was informed that the temperature scanner does not work properly and it still remains an issue. The facility is not properly sanitized.
