1. ER is not limiting the number of people into store. Store is crowded up to 500 people. 2. Customers are being allowed into store without masks and employees are not wearing masks in lounge area. 3. ER does not inform employees when employees are out on COVID-19 illness. 4. ER does not disinfect all areas of the store. There are no cleaning crews to be seen. Only cashier areas and shopping carts are being cleaned.Alleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 1
