Employer shall establish, implement and maintain an effective, written COVID-19 Prevention Program. Specifically, no one was wearing mask, driver was out for a week then came back, driver said he had COVID but then states he did not, however, employer is not taking the proper precautions. Dispatcher looks sick, and told employee that they should call HR to let them know the dispatcher is sick. HR responded with just wear a mask and stay 6 ft. apart. Dispatcher is not wearing his mask.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
