1. The office is not providing enough masks for the nurses who assists the doctor. The same mask is worn for an entire week before a new mask is provided to the staff. 2. The doctor tested positive for COVID-19 and is not following the mandated guidelines of self-quarantine. The doctor is still see patients after testing positive for COVID-19 and putting the staff and patients at risk for contracting COVID-19.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 1
