The employer failed to ensure that regular cleaning and disinfecting is performed on frequently touched surfaces and objects, such as doorknobs, elevator buttons, equipment, tools, handrails, handles, controls, bathroom surfaces, and steering wheels. The employer does not have a cleaning schedule and is not frequently cleaning the maintenance shed at Albany Middle School. T8 CCR 3205(c)(8)(C) 2. The employer failed to store hazardous substances in containers which are chemically inert and appropriate for the type and quantity of the hazardous substance.
