1. Employees are exposed to struck-by hazards associated with material storage racks. It was reported the clothing racks are unstable. Contrary to 29 CFR 1910.176. 2. Employees are exposed to fire and emergency hazards because the emergency exits are blocked and broken. It was reported the exit door is broken. Contrary to 29 CFR 1910.37. 3. Employees are exposed to fire and emergency hazards. It was reported the exit routes are obstructed because the production work area is filled with large unsorted containers. Contrary to 29 CFR 1910.37. 4. Employees are exposed to health hazards associated with COVID-19. It was also reported there is a lack of cleaning supplies to disinfect the work areas and registers.
