It was reported to OSHA that two employees were exposed to COVID-19 because the employer required an employee, who was exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms and had recently had a fever, to work at the location. It was alleged that the employer had not followed recommendations to prevent the spread of COVID-19. This is contrary to Section 5(a)(1) of the OSH Act.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 2
