1. Employees are being exposed to struck-by hazards associated with improperly stacked palletized product in the final assembly area. It was reported that stackable pallets are being built to hold plastic railings but they are falling apart and collapsing. Employees are exposed struck-by hazards associated with stacked material. Contrary to 29 CFR 1910.176. 2. Employees are being exposed to struck-by hazards associated with improperly stacked material in carts in the final assembly area. It was reported that some carts are stacked over the railing with metal tubes that are 10-21 feet in length that sometimes fall from the carts. Employees are exposed struck-by hazards associated with stacked material. Contrary to 29 CFR 1910.176. 3. Employees in the final assembly area are potentially exposed to health hazards associated with COVID-19. It was reported that all tools on the lines are constantly used between co workers and are not sanitized. Employer does not provide sanitizer for employee use. Contrary to Section 5(a)(1) of the OSH Act. 4. Employees are exposed to machine hazards associated with emergency stop buttons. It was reported that emergency stops do not work on certain lines and some buttons are just for display with no electrical connection to the machinery.
