It was reported to OSHA that this establishment has had three confirmed cases of COVID-19 since October 29, 2020 and that the employer did not temporarily shut down and disinfect the facility. It was further reported that contact tracing was not conducted when the employer became aware of the three employee's positive test results thereby potentially exposing other employees to the hazards of COVID-19. Contrary to Section 5(a)(1) of the OSH Act.

I received a package from Monica 20 Willow St Normal, IL 61761 on 4/15/24. The package was badly damaged to point of no use. The bottle of perfume had been spilled from the broken bottle. So I received a broken bottle of perfume.

Lighter smoke set. This lighter was suppose to be a rechargeable plasma lighter. It is not it is a very dangerous butane refilled lighter that shoots flams a foot high or more. Again I say this is a very dangerous lighter capable of severely burning people and catching something on fire
