It was reported to OSHA that this establishment has had three confirmed cases of COVID-19 since October 29, 2020 and that the employer did not temporarily shut down and disinfect the facility. It was further reported that contact tracing was not conducted when the employer became aware of the three employee's positive test results thereby potentially exposing other employees to the hazards of COVID-19. Contrary to Section 5(a)(1) of the OSH Act.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 18
