Employees are exposed to the following hazards: - A forklift operating in unsafe condition. The forklift turns on without a key and shut off when removing boards holding the battery. - Five out of the eight rolling stairs / ladders are bent and wobbly. The employees have to use them in a daily base. - The employer is not notifying the employees when they have being in contact with another employee with COVID-19.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 30
