Complaint 1- COVID social distancing and mask use is not enforced in the store. Complaint 2- The air condition unit is not working near the cashier stations, exposing workers to heat stress hazards. Complaint 3 - The bathrooms are unsanitary and not cleaned frequently enough. Complaint 4 - The fire extinguisher next to the temperature check station is blocked from access.
