The employer is not following the guidelines set forth in Executive Orders 20-54 and 21-11, which include COVID-19 Preparedness Plan Requirements for Minnesota Businesses, specifically: 1. The employer is not requiring or enforcing the wearing of face coverings for all employees while County Commission meetings are being conducted. 2. The establishment does not have protocols in place that allow for adequate physical distancing of employees while County Commission meetings are being conducted. 3.
