1. No temperature checks for employees or others entering building. 2. Mask not being worn properly 3. No sanitation of the equipment or the facility between the 1st and 2nd shift or throughout the day which results in 50+ people all touching the same surfaces within 8 to 16 hours. 4. No COVID-19 plan has been talked about with employees. 5. Not notifying employees who were in close contact to other employees who tested positive for COVID-19.
