Health 1. Paint booth not working properly, paint fumes escaping into work area. 2. COVID-19 guidelines not being followed. 3. Not health screenings/tempertures being done before work. 4. Masks not being worn by employees or visitors. 5. No cleaning being done daily or after a positive COVID case. 6. Not informing suppliers who may have come in contact with postive COVID case. Safety 1. No fire suppression over the paint booth. 2. There are no brakes on the three cranes in the shop. After pushing the stop button the crane still goes up or down. 3.
