1. I feel that my company continues to put our team members in jeopardy, evading the standards put in place by MIOSHA. While we are told we SHOULD be working remotely if our job function allows, yet we are under pressure to come into the office on a rotating schedule for the sake of optics to our leadership. 2. The company also has plans to bring the ENTIRE office back on March 1st which is in clear violations of the standards as set by MIOSHA. With a building that is already at capacity and NO NEED for any person in that building to meet IN PERSON with the exception of tours (which should be done virtually), this is putting our team members in harm's way with no regard to safety. 3. We also are asked on our rotating days to come to the front desk and take our temperatures ourselves and write them down!Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
