1. There is ongoing construction in the company. Individuals with fevers have been admitted in the building after thermometer readings indicated a fever. That person was also flushed and visibly appeared ill. Management specifically told customer service that it was still okay to let this ill person in. 2. Masks are discouraged by YouTube videos in the break room. Few people wear masks due to the ridicule by owners and management. 3.
