1. Employees are always taking face masks off, including when they are in the staff room. 2. Two employees have tested positive for covid and exposed coworkers are not quarantining. 3. Five employees worked Saturday the 30th, and the following Monday an employee called in sick and tested positive sometime during the week. Management is not requiring anyone that worked with this employee to quarantine nor are they instructing employees on what they should be doing. They're not contacting clients to inform them of the potential exposure. 4. Employees are not screened before work anymore. 5. There is no designated person to answer phones, so employees are sharing the duty using the same phone. 6.
