1) Proper training and information has not been provided on contact protocol precautions and Covid-19 discharge rooms. Disorganization and lack of communication have caused hazardous situations to occur on a regular basis. My supervisor put myself directly in a high risk situation without previous knowledge or training under threat of termination. 2) High seniority employees have been allowed to operate unchecked without updated training or supervision and negligence regarding high risk contact protocol rooms, including Covid-19. Proper documentation has not been provided regarding updated policies that were not approved by the hospital or Michigan Medicine.
