1) Covid-19 positive patients are allowed to be seen. 2) Covid-19 positive employees are allowed to work. 3) Social distancing guidelines are not being followed. The break room is open and at least 6 people are in this room at one time. Employees are not able to social distance. 4) Cleaning and sanitizing is not being done properly due to Covid-19. 5) An employee was showing signs of Covid-19 before being allowed to get tested. The employee was positive. 6) The other staff members were not notified if they were exposed to that employee.
