Regulatory Report

33400 West 6 Mile Road, Livonia, 48152 Michigan, United States

. Packing patient schedules resulting in clustering of people in waiting rooms, dilation rooms, check in/check out. 2. Employees have tested positive for COVID-19 and have returned to work in less than 7 days. 3. Employees have reached out to management regarding their "contact tracing" for possible exposure, as most of the time, no one is contacted, and those that were knowingly exposed are not required to quarantine. 4. There are roughly 25-35 employees that are all taking lunch around the same time, in a break room that doesn't allow for more than 4-6 people to "safely" eat. There is congestion in the lunchroom and only 50% of the spots have plexiglass for protection. Employees are encouraged to eat in their cars but this is not an option for everyone. 5. Updates and new COVID-19 guidelines are sent out, and there is no one actually enforcing any of it. 6. There are lab confirmed COVID-19 positive employees still interacting with these patients in 7x9' exam rooms for extended periods of time, and there are so many patients on the schedule there is no time to properly disinfect exam lanes in between patients. 7. The schedules are packed in a way that you have time to quickly wipe the exam chair down and the vision occluder the patient holds, before the next patient is brought into the room, most of the time while the chair is still wet.
