1. Employer sent out a letter prior to 3 month shut down stating that PPE gear (mask, shields, taking temps) would be in place prior to returning and they were and still not. 2. Multiple people have quit because of lack of health and safety hazards plus additional unethical and moral decision-making. 3. Recently we had a mandatory staff meeting where everyone was asked to gather together (half without masks because snacks were provided and some coworkers have tested positive for COVID).Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-10-26
